• All meals are included, including in-Stateroom 24hr service, and dining in the two Specialty Restaurants. Each Stateroom includes two guaranteed reservations per person at the specialty restaurants aboard, Prime-C and Aqualina; Suite reservations include three guaranteed reservations per person.
• Standard coffee, tea, iced tea and fruit juices are included. Specialty coffees, branded soft drinks, and all alcohol are priced separately. (Suite reservations include some of these beverages as well.)
• Access to the fitness equipment is complimentary. Spa treatments are extra. Some fitness classes are extra. Access to the priority lounge area and Thalassotherapy pool adjacent to the spa is included with spa treatments, or available separately at a modest daily fee.

• Tourist Visas are not required for any country on this itinerary EXCEPT Russia, and if you stick to Azamara Shore Excursions in Russia, you will not need a visa there, either. Airfare Add-ons

• Cruise passengers are entitled to take advantage of Azamara's airfare add-on program. There are several advantages, in addition to cost, in doing this: transfers from Copenhagen airport to ship and from ship to Copenhagen airport are included, andAzamara becomes responsible for your luggage and its timely arrival.
• Azamara's air fares are around $CAD 1280 round trip economy from most US and Canadian major airports, all taxes included. Depending on your airport, this may be a great value - especially to Copenhagen in the summer. Let Roger compare fares and you decide.
• We will be protecting you by adding air automatically to all Canadian and American reservations at time of deposit. Then, when commercial fares are published for Summer 2009 (one year in advance), Roger will do the comparisons and consult you before final payment date.
• Business and First Class upgrades available. Roger has access to deeply discounted premium fares on several airlines, as well. You are assured of the best value.
• Extended stays before and/or after cruise dates available.
• Frequent Flyer mileage can neither be redeemed nor accrued on Azamara's airfares.

Pre-Cruise Hotel Package

• Details for the 2009 cruise to be confirmed by September 2008. Here is what the 2008 cruise details are. You may expect something very similar:
• Two nights, choice of Copenhagen Marriott or Radisson SAS hotels. Rates for two nights, per person, double occupancy approximately $550 (that's one room, two nights, two people, about $1100 total).
• Rate includes transfers and breakfast.
• We will add to that: one day at leisure, one day walking tour of Copenhagen, and one Lemon Drop Inn reception the night before embarkation.

• Every price quoted here is in Canadian Dollars.
