One of the greatest restaurants in the world, Don Alfonso 1890, is now managing the galley on board the Christina O. Alfonso Iaccarino was given the title of Italian Chef of the Year in 1999 and his restaurant, Don Alfonso 1890, was awarded its third Michelin Star in 1997. Now guests on board the Christina O enjoy this wonderful cuisine. At the restaurant, Don Alfonso, the wine cellars are legendary. These wines can also be experienced on board the Christina O, to compliment the dishes. For special occasions, Alfonso Iaccarino himself can be booked to cook personally for you.
