Our ocean vessel is the Deilmann flagship, MS Deutschland. Newly built in 1998, she accommodates a maximum of 513-passengers and offers an Old World ambiance with the feel of a European Grand Hotel. Exquisitely appointed and graciously designed to facilitate relaxation and ease, this vessel re-introduces the elaborate crystal chandelier, the imperial ballroom, loom chairs in a palm filled winter garden, fine antiques and original works of art. The decor of this "Grand Hotel" evokes the splendor of the Edwardian period and the roaring Twenties through the use of brass, marble, Meissen porcelain, tiffany ceilings and resplendent upholstery in the lounges. Beautifully appointed staterooms, an elegant Roman spa, a Grand Ballroom and wide teak promenades complete the setting.

MS Deutschland sails the globe visiting over 200 ports of call from ocean to ocean and across the seven seas. Voyages include a series of 4 to 18-night cruises including Europe, the Mediterranean, North America, South America, the Caribbean, South Pacific, Australia, South China Sea, Indian Ocean, Africa, Artic Circle, Baltic Sea, North Sea, Fjords and Trans Atlantic.

The Deilmann River Cruises are designed for the first time cruisers as well as the frequent European vacationer who enjoys comfort, style, attentive service and fine dining. Casually elegant ambience and deluxe standards can be found fleet-wide, and all voyages are seven days or longer. You can choose between five star vessels such as the MV Mozart, MV Katharina, MV Heidelberg, MV Dresden, MV Cezanne, MV Casanova or MV Frederic Chopin. Four-star voyages are offered on board the MV Konigstein, and MV Princesse de Provence.

Dining is single seating and non-smoking on all river vessels and features a delectable selection of continental cuisine and local specialties served with fine wines including those from local vineyards along the rivers' route. Friendly, multi-lingual staff caters to your every wish. The Deilmann vessels enjoy the best passenger to staff ratios of all river vessels in Europe with no more than 2.5 passengers for each staff member (most other vessels have 4 or 5 passengers for each staff member).
